At the Quinte Living Centre, our residents can prepare their own meals and have total privacy in a safe and secure, well-maintained building. Please see links on the right for floor plans with pictures of the interiors of the suites.
EACH SUITE IS EQUIPPED WITH THE FOLLOWING

- Three piece bath with grab bars in the tub/shower area
- All units include carpeting or tile flooring
- Emergency-response system pull station in bedroom and bath
- Fire horns in every suite
- Balcony (Studio Suites excluded)
- Electric heating with self controlled thermostat

- Outlets for TV and Telephone
- Outlet for Air Conditioner (unit to be supplied by tenant)
- Garbage disposal and Recycling units on each floor
- On every floor, laundry rooms with washer and dryer
